Featured Upcoming Open Houses & Events
Open House (Grades 9-12) – March 6, 2025 at 7PM
The night will feature a series of stops around our North Haledon campus to hear from staff and students offering insight into the opportunities that await at Eastern Christian School. This event will include a time to hear from the principal, various teachers and directors about specifics in fine arts, athletics, leadership, the Honors Academy, academic & college counseling, work internship program, educational support services, spiritual growth opportunities, clubs and more!
Open House (Grades 3-8) – March 13, 2025 at 7PM
Hosted at our lovely Wyckoff campus, the Upper Elementary & Middle School Open House is an opportunity to get to know the heart of EC through the people and their calling. The evening will include a brief welcome/introduction and rotation of stops around campus presented by expert teachers and administrators. Visitors will have the opportunity to mix and mingle with EC staff and students to learn about various programs and opportunities, from athletics, faith formation, curriculum, and educational support services.
High School Visit Day (Student Event) – March 14, 2025
Join us for the day to get a sense of what it is like to be an EC student and get to know our community! The day begins with coffee, and donuts as students (and parents) hear from a student panel. At the conclusion, parents will depart as students head to the “Mary Poppins” musical production teaser. Throughout the day students will participate in three preview classes of their interest, enjoy chick-fil-a lunch and devotions with student leadership and participate in a march madness student assembly. Student athletes may also elect an optional coaches meet and greet. We hope to give you a sample taste of the exciting programming and faith-based experience ECHS has to offer.

Opportunities to Visit
Open Houses & Visit Events
Attending an open house or other visit event is a great way to explore programs, facilities, and meet EC faculty & staff! These events typically feature a tour of the campus, explanation of the academic programs and student opportunities, and time to meet administrators, the enrollment team, and teachers.
Personal & Group Tours
Meet with a member of our enrollment team and take a tour of any of our beautiful EC campuses and learn about the many programs EC offers.
Student Shadows
Come walk a mile in our talons! Prospective students may visit Eastern Christian School and experience a day in the life of an eagle. EC student hosts are trained in hospitality and offer a great introduction to our school’s culture and atmosphere. We can’t wait to welcome you to campus! Open to students currently in grades K-10.
Shadow days are generally available from September 25 – June 1. Students exploring grades 1-8 must initiate their application to EC prior to scheduling a shadow day.
High School Preview Day
All Eastern Christian School eighth grade students and up to 35 eighth graders from other schools will get a fun and informative introduction to our high school! Visitors are escorted by EC students through a peer-led tour of the campus and introduction to the facilities, classes, programs, teachers, and more. Visitors enjoy a large extra-curricular fair, snacks, and join in our weekly worship. We intentionally limit our count for this day in order to maintain a personal connection for every guest. Only 35 spots are available, and spots typically fill up quickly.
